When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on your delivery location, it may take an additional 2 to 5 days for your package to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kura-ge.com . If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Delivery is free for orders over €60.

Do you ship internationally?

What is matcha?

Matcha is a finely ground green tea powder made from shade-grown tea leaves to enhance their nutrient richness. Unlike other teas, it is consumed as an unfiltered infusion, allowing you to enjoy all of its benefits.

What are the benefits of matcha?

Matcha is rich in antioxidants, boosts energy and focus thanks to L-theanine, strengthens metabolism and promotes the body's natural detoxification.

How to prepare traditional matcha?

Add 1 to 2 grams of matcha to a bowl, pour in 70 ml of hot water (80°C), then whisk vigorously with a chasen (bamboo whisk) in a "W" shape until you obtain a light and even foam.

Where does your matcha come from?

Our matchas are grown in iconic regions of Japan such as Uji and Nishio, renowned for their ancestral know-how and the quality of their teas.

How do I store my matcha to keep it fresh?

Matcha should be stored in an airtight container, away from light, moisture, and odors. Ideally, refrigerate it to preserve its color and flavor.

What is the difference between matcha and hojicha?

Matcha is an unroasted green tea with a vegetal and umami flavor, while hojicha is a roasted tea with rich notes of caramel and hazelnut, with a lower caffeine content.

Does your matcha contain any additives or preservatives?

No, our matcha is 100% pure and natural, with no additives, preservatives, or added sugars. It is also certified organic according to Japanese standards (JAS).

Can I drink matcha if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Matcha contains caffeine, so it's recommended to limit its consumption during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor for advice specific to your situation.
